Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Ultranivo uses on ultranivo.com, what each one is for, and how you control them. It expands on the Cookies section of our Privacy Policy, which it forms part of.

The short version: we set one group of cookies that the site cannot function without, and one group for analytics and advertising that is set only if you accept. Declining costs you no access to any part of the site.

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser, which the browser sends back on later visits. Similar technologies — such as local storage — do much the same job by keeping a value in your browser. We describe both here, since what matters is what is stored and why, not the mechanism.

These are always set, because the site cannot deliver what you asked for without them. They carry no advertising or profiling data, and they are not shared with anyone.

• admin_access_token and admin_refresh_token — keep you signed in to your dashboard and let your session renew without asking you to log in again. Set only once you log in, and cleared when you log out.
• un_launch_offer_dismissed — remembers that you closed the launch offer bar, so it does not reappear on every page.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how people find and move through ultranivo.com, Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are actually used (heatmaps and session replays), and the Meta pixel to measure and target our own advertising. Data these collect is shared with Google, Microsoft, and Meta respectively.

Nothing in this group is set before you accept. Until you make a choice, every consent signal defaults to denied, which means these tools receive only cookieless pings and store nothing in your browser. Accepting switches them on; declining leaves them off.

We store one value in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie: ultranivo_consent_v2, which records the cookie choice you made. It exists so we do not have to ask you again on every visit, and it contains nothing but your decision. Clearing it — see below — makes the banner appear again.

We do not inject our own analytics or advertising cookies into any customer’s branded, end-user-facing assistant. Everything described on this page applies to our own marketing site and admin dashboard only. If a customer sets up their own analytics on their assistant, that is their tool and their data, governed by their own policies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Use the control below — your choice applies immediately.

Strictly necessary cookies are not covered by this control, because the site cannot work without them. Declining analytics and advertising restricts nothing on ultranivo.com.

Every major browser also lets you view, block, and delete cookies from its settings, and most offer a private-browsing mode that discards them when you close the window. Blocking all cookies will stop you from staying signed in to your dashboard.

We may update this Cookie Policy as the tools we use change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. If we add a category of cookie that needs consent, we will ask for it again rather than rely on a previous choice.
